The piece is broken in two parts. It has on oblong shape, curved at the bottom and ending in a sharp point. At the top there is a pointed part and two lateral arched extensions which, together with the plate, form two orifices almost round. The decoration is not very clear. First the three longitudinal lines were drawn and the tabula ansata, and then the parallel ribs on the edges. The inscription was incised from the back, which explains the form of the letter N.
