DEEPENINGS
Morphology of the object:
Made of clay with small mineral adulterants. Polished surface. The surface is grey-brown coloured.
Decoration:
The four vertical sides are covered with incised decoration of broken lines and spirals combining with pierced points. Each couple of opposite sides has similar figures.
Inscription:
Object with the form of four-wall truncated pyramid. The upper surface has quadratic shape. There are 16 holes on it arranged in four rows, each with four holes.
Analogies:
Similar objects have been found in the Chalcolithic settlements of Bulgarchevo and Strumsko in Bulgaria and Sitagri in Greece.
Interpretation:
The object can be interpreted as a popular leisure game.
